Once your order is successfully placed, it is carefully processed for production. As our products are made on demand, your T-shirt is printed specifically for your order. Orders are generally moved for printing within 24 hours of order confirmation, followed by packing and dispatch within the next 24 hours, subject to order verification, production requirements, and operational conditions.

Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, standard delivery within India generally takes 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, pincode, courier serviceability, and other logistical factors. Orders going to remote, rural, difficult-to-service, or certain extended-service areas may require additional time for delivery.

Please note that the 3–5 working day delivery timeline begins after the order has been dispatched, and does not include the initial order processing, printing, packing, and dispatch period.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, the actual delivery date may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our direct control, including public holidays, extreme weather, high shipment volumes, operational disruptions, or courier-related delays.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is processed and/or dispatched, Cozmiq Wear will share important order updates with you through your registered mobile number and email address. You may receive confirmation, dispatch details, tracking information, and other relevant updates as they become available.

Your tracking details will allow you to follow the movement of your shipment and get an estimated idea of when your order is expected to arrive. Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch, as it depends on when the respective courier partner scans and updates the shipment in their system.

Delivery Partners & Serviceability
Orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partners, which may include Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other suitable courier partners, depending on the delivery location and pincode serviceability. The courier partner may therefore vary from one order to another.

In certain locations where standard courier services have limited or no direct coverage, an alternative logistics service may be used to complete the delivery. Delivery timelines and tracking availability may vary accordingly.

• Do not soak the T-shirt for long periods, especially with the printed side exposed.
• Do not iron directly over the print. If ironing is required, turn the T-shirt inside out and use low to medium heat.
• Avoid high-temperature washing, ironing, or drying, as excessive heat can affect the print.
• Do not tumble dry at high temperatures.
• For best results, air dry in the shade and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Do not wring or aggressively twist the T-shirt after washing.
• Fold or store the T-shirt only after it is completely dry.
• Following these care instructions will help maintain the print quality, colour, and overall finish of your T-shirt for longer.

Fabric Note: Our Classic Crew Fit is made with 180 GSM 100% Bio-Washed Premium Cotton, while our Oversize Classic Fit uses 240 GSM 100% Bio-Washed Premium Cotton. Both are designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.
