All online payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure. Cozmiq Wear does not directly handle or store your complete card credentials, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or other sensitive authentication details. Payment authentication and transaction processing are handled through the applicable payment service providers and their secure systems.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers who prefer to pay after receiving their order, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. COD availability can depend on factors such as delivery location, order value, product availability, courier serviceability, and other operational conditions.

When you choose COD, payment is collected at the time of delivery according to the applicable order amount. Selecting COD does not guarantee that the option will be available for every order or location. The available payment options displayed during checkout will be considered the applicable options for your particular order.

Payment Confirmation

For online payments, an order is considered successfully placed only after the payment has been successfully authorized and the order confirmation has been generated by our system. In some cases, a payment may be deducted from your bank account or payment method while the order status is temporarily pending due to technical or network-related delays.

If your payment has been deducted but your order confirmation has not been received, please do not place the same order again immediately. Contact our customer support team with the relevant transaction details so that the payment and order status can be verified.

Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If an amount has been deducted despite the payment being marked as unsuccessful, the transaction may require verification with the payment gateway or banking system. Order Amount and Pricing

The total amount payable for your order will be displayed during checkout before you complete the purchase. This may include the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, COD charges where applicable, or any other charges clearly communicated during checkout.

Refunds & Payment Reversals
